Most people remember me from my days of playing SLAM DUNK on WOW: Women of Wrestling which aired nationally on Sat nights. PROUD mom & wife who believes that no matter how busy you get in life, there is ALWAYS time to take care of YOU by incorporating fitness into both you & your family's life. I love training clients one on one as well as teach INTENSE Bootcamps. I'm a direct & honest person who respects someone's wish & desire to live a life they never knew they could or be a size they always dreamed of by KEEPING IT SIMPLE...FITNESS IS FUN! I will only train clients who want serious results & I have the track record for getting them there! Lastly, I love the LA Lakers & bleed purple and gold!
